The Towers in a rural area broadly around Castle Hedingham publish their own

rota for ringing to match the irregular pattern of Sunday services and to broaden
the ringers experience of different weight bells etc.

The towers in this group are Belchamp St. Paul, Castle Hedingham, Gestingthorpe,
Great Yeldham, Halstead, Pebmarsh, Sible Hedingham, Toppesfield,
and Wickham St. Paul.

The rota is based on the following "rules":

The Hedinghams Ringing Rota

Church	Sunday Services	Practice
Pebmarsh	1st – 11am 3rd - 4pm (Nov - Mar) 6:30pm (Apr - Oct)	7:30 to 9pm 1st 2nd and 3rd Tuesdays
Gestingthorpe	3rd - 11am	7:30 to 9pm 4th Thursdays
Castle Hedingham	1st, 2nd & 4th - 6:30pm	7:30 to 9pm 5th Tuesday or Thursday
Sible Hedingham	2nd & 4th - 11am	7:30 to 9pm 1st 2nd & 3rd Thursdays, also 4th Tuesday
Great Yeldham	1st & 3rd - 11am	7:45 to 9pm Mondays
Toppesfield	2nd & 4th - 11am	7:30 to 9pm Wednesdays
Halstead	All - 10am > No Ringing on 5th Sunday	7:45 to 9pm Wednesdays
Wickham St. Paul	2nd - 4:00pm	7:30 to 9pm Wednesdays
Belchamp St. Paul	3rd - 10am	7:45 to 9pm Fridays
The Bells are generally rung for 30 minutes prior to each Service time shown above. Note: that on the 5th Sunday of a month a special rota applies!
